The admin can pause the game at any time. On web, open up the menu and click pause. On the iOS app, the pause button will be on the top right of the screen.

In order to video chat, you need to give proper permissions. Check your browser settings to make sure (or try refreshing the page). On iOS, you might need to go to iPhone Settings -> Poker Chill -> make sure camera and microphone permissions are allowed.
